We are not responsible for packages that have been mis-delivered, but do e-mail us and we may be able to help out!

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receipt (45 days for international orders) and we'll do what we can to make it right! (we do not refund shipping and you are responsible for the return postage.) The item(s) must be in full sellable condition upon its return to be eligible for a refund.
